A1 has continually grown since its formation in 1983. Initially a marketing group, we have now become a fully-fledged automotive aftermarket buying and distribution group encompassing independent retailers and motor factors alike.
With A1 being totally owned by its membership, all activities are directed towards improving members' profitability, cash flow and raising their profile both locally and nationally. Most importantly, our members are very proud of their independence and membership of A1 does not encroach on that at all.
